the short version
Two things are collected, both because you typed them: feedback you send and your email if you join the list. Nothing else is gathered about you personally, and neither is ever sold or shared.
what gets stored
- Feedback — your message, the page you sent it from, and an email address only if you chose to give one. Kept so the problem can be fixed and answered.
- Newsletter — your email address and the date you signed up. Used only to say when the wall changes.
Both are stored in a private Google Cloud bucket in the United States that is not publicly readable. Only the site owner can see them.
analytics
Google Analytics counts page views. It tells me which pages people open — not who you are. If you would rather not be counted, any tracker blocker stops it and the site works exactly the same.
what is not here
- No advertising, and no ad networks.
- No selling or sharing of anything you submit.
- No accounts, no passwords, no payment details — there is nothing to log into.
- No cookies set by this site itself.
getting your data out or deleted
Ask and it is done. Send it through the feedback form or email decart83@gmail.com. To leave the newsletter, reply to any drop or ask here — you will be removed, not marked inactive.
third parties
The site runs on Google Cloud Run and uses Google Fonts and Google Analytics; those services see the ordinary request information any web server sees, such as your IP address and browser. Album art is served from this site's own storage, not from a third party.
